i thought um had a pretty fair women's hoops thing going up there in oxfart.. think again can't be that good if'n msu is b-slappin them around.. on their on court mina ya!!!

yea, we must.... talked to some friends who said it was the worst they've seen our women's team play in 2 years. We shot what, 22 % from the floor ?
As to men's basketball, yes, yall will probably win, but what's new about that ?
As to football, yes, you whipped our butts, however, we did the same to yall the previous 3 years, 3 outta 4 aint' bad

I didn't even know we had a women's basketball team. 
Seriously, every team has bad night every now and then. Carol Ross (from Grenada, MS area) will have the Lady Rebs back on track and moving toward another post-season tourney.
But, even if they do tank it, I'll not lose any sleep over it. I cannot remember ever attending a Lady Rebels BB game in Oxford. I think the last time I saw the Lady Rebs play was against a Delta State team in Cleveland, when Delta State had Lucia Harris, Debbie Brock, Wanda Hairston, and some other DSU legends and was competing for national titles in women's BB (before DSU broke off into a separate lower division). Yes, I admit it. I used to go over to Cleveland , MS to watch the Lady Statesmen during that period of time. It was the best thing going in the Delta then ----packed house for every women's home game ---fans would leave after the women's game, and not stay to see the men.

The bad thing is RebelYelp either looked that 22% stat up or he knew it off hand. Either way that is terrible.
