BS... I believe there were ducks before DU and will very likely be after DU is gone

I remember reading in the Bible about how God created all creatures, and how his "eye is on the sparrow" but nothing about needing DU to keep what he created

I also remeber how man F'ed everything up early on, seems like we are still heading that direction, but by joining DU we can justify

Way after "God created all creatures" and after "his eye was on the sparrow" one of those creatures he created decided to destroy the habitat that another of his creations happens to depend on. If it weren't for the end of market hunting and DU's efforts in habitat restoration man would have certainly f'ed up any real possibility to do any duck hunting today!

Let's quit f'ing up and join... DU, Delta Waterfowl, The Nature Conservancy and any other group interested in saving wetlands and threatened habitats.

doc, before i move forward w/ my post, i WANT YOU to understand that i've always liked what you have to say, may not agree w/ it, but i don't expect folks to agree w/ me...........but, to the point, i want you to understand i wouldn't say this here, if i wouldn't say it to ya -- i figure a few on here will back that up.....

anyhow, i totally understand the pissedoffness you've reached, but in a phrase -- you're making an ass of yourself......

simply put, the DU deal was biness.........sure, maybe a bad biness, BUT business non-the-less.........i'm sorry your friend got the axe, but in the end of the day, it's just business and the boys at DU don't owe you, ME, or anyone else an explanation...........sorry, they don't.

DU didn't get us into, nor is DW the answer to problems we face today.........maybe it will take someone (possibly you) to show all the ere of our ways, but until then, MAN, it's OLD......

now, the way i see it, you're at a crossroads. one everyone gets too at some point. you can either take the left and bash anyandeverything DU has to offer, turning folks away from the org and possibly turning future hunters away from the effort OR you can choose your poison, make it personal AND PRIVATE, and understand that in the end, it's JUST BUSINESS.....

me? i wouldn't know peeples from purples.......don't care either. each org has it's place............truth be known, i'm not a big believer in either DU OR DW alone......sorry, but neither ALONE is THE solution, but both serve a greater purpose...........greater than you, me, mr. peeples or anyone else.....

now, you may read this as a "hate" post (one i'm familiar w/) or not........don't really make a pound to me, cause i can pretty much dish it AND take it..........BUT, i'd like to think that YOU would think twice before turning a personal issue into a BIBLICAL debate.............
