Lookin' into buying a good Automatic thrower, have any suggestions on brands to look at? Pro-Matic is what I was looking at, Delta 6 model. I also shot the Extrema at the DU show in Memphis this year, and I am going to buy it the begining of August.

Hey DB: Let me check into that. Pro Matic traps are good traps. Auto-sporters are good traps. I have a friend who just got 8 auto Mattarellis, but he has more money than sense. I will check with the range owners I know to see what they say is the most bang for the buck. BE SURE you get a wireless remote control.

Hey Judge: Now we can all go hang out and shoot with Dixie Boy!

I enjoyed shooting the Extrema, what little I did get to shoot it, and I am ready to make the purchase. If I do buy one I am sure we will bring it down to the camp in Rienzi, and you will have to come over and shoot with us. And that goes for you too GC. Just let me know when ever you find something out. I am looking to spend not much more that $1500.

I am working on that now. I will post up when I hit on the information. Mount your trap on a little trailer you can pull behind a 4 wheeler and you have a sporting clays course on wheels.

I am advised that the pro-matic is in fact a good trap for the money. Make sure you get a knife on it for separating wet targets.
