I got drawn for Noxubee on the 14th...What kind of ducks have been seen taken out of there recently?
I may go to Heaven, or I may go to hell....But one thing is for certain..It'll be after Duck season!!

didn't hunt today b/c I am in exams we usually kill our woodies and a maganser or two. Last Sat they killed alot of big ducks. check out http://www.mdwfp.com and click on the water fowl forum and ask those guys alot of them hunt every time they can out there.

i have not been yet this year, but i have hunted there the past 2 years and have done well every time. mallards and woodies.

I got to friends that went today but I haven't heard from them yet

Was drawn and hunted the opening weekend at Noxubee. We limited out on Woodducks but did not see any mallards.

Went this morning-_No ducks. Killed 1 woodie.

I couldn't pass that up.....Michael ('Bustin') knows what to expect from me.......and he's a good sport.

Besides, anybody that posts something about public hunting areas oughta know I'm gonna give'em Hell........but in Michael's case, he doesn't give a rat's ear WHAT I think! :lol:

Michael........Just take some hooded merganzer decoys, man.......and some 3-1/2" Hevi-shot :shock: .........you can't go wrong.

Folks won't let'em get below the treetops. If you get a duck to work, somebody's invariably going to try to 'cap' one at 95yds. :wink:

Thanks Randy for those encouraging words of wisdom, w/ all the compliments! :lol: Your right I wouldn't expect anything short of what I got...I was just suprised GH22 didnt chime in....

I talked to a buddy who went as stand by and didn't get to hunt and said their wasnt alot killed :cry:

I went yesterday and we killed a mallard and a woodie. Should've had the limit on woodies and at least 2 more mallards. One blind came out with 19!
