Memphis' Great Outdoors Festival

I have been real busy and haven't been on the boards in quite a while, but I was wondering if anyone is going to the GOF next weekend? I know it benefits an organization that's not everyone's favorite right now, but I may wind up working it as a favor to a friend. Anyone else going to be there?

We are going to be there Friday, that's about all my 5yr old can handle. We have an extra room @ the Wellesley Inn & Suites for Thursday and Friday nites if any one needs them before I cancel.
I especially enjoy the Benelli demo with Mr. Knapp.
The retriever training demo is always enjoyable and I believe this year it will have some members of this forum running it.

If anyone is interested the comedy act of the centry will be at the outdoors expo. They are better than Lewis and Martin,Bud and Lou, I mean these guys with their dogs are funny funny funny. Goosebruce and Chance with their trusted K-9s. You guys ought to charge addmission. But then on the other hand maybe you should pay people to watch. Does anyone know if there will be a regional sanctioned duck calling contest at the Great Outdoor Festival this year?

Be careful ole grand uncle!! You may find yourself again bringing a "friends" dog to the line again for me to judge.

If dat crazy kat shows up, we all might better duck and hide. Hes the kinda feller that shoots places up... Nuts.

Wasn't planning on spending all weekend in memphis next week. Looks like that got changed, didnt it? Still trying to get a schedual of events...Glad we asked, or we wouldn't have known about this gig at all.

Hey, if the dogs stink the place up, glenn can always do his sponge bob impression for the crowd. Thats always a crowd pleaser. Glenn, be sure & bring dem red suspenders, just in case! travis
