One Hunter Needed

Postby Bill Collector » Wed Nov 23, 2005 9:23 am

Me and Don Miller are going to Hammertime Snapp's place in Walnut Ridge, Ark. to hunt greenies on Tues., Nov. 29th and Wed., Nov. 30th and we need one more hunter. Sorry for the late notice, but my son made his Jr. High basketball team and wants to stay home for their first game. Let me or Don know ASAP. Only one spot available. I just got off the phone with him and they are still in the blind only four ducks away from a four man limit. Will be an awesome time. It is $100.00 per day to hunt. My phone # is 225-933-2358.

Well since I'm going over there with these guys can anyone recommend a duck call and a starter tape to learn with.

Also my dad gave me an 11-87 and he said it holds three shells but once I put one in the barrel the other two wont fit.

I dont want these fellas to think I'm a newbie

Trip,
you need to bring a couple of things that is a must have for all new duck hunters. First of all bring a cd player with a duck calling cd and don't forget a sack of corn. the ducks will love you. this will make you a much better duck hunter and you wont have to waste your time learing to use a duck call, this way is much more efficient.

y'all will have a great time up there, for sure. have heard nothing but great things about snapp and know that the area has got ducks. rain forcats for this weekend will only help.

Hunting in the pit with me is no time to learn how to blow a duck call. Leave your call at home. :P
