hehe...thanks for the encouragement.

Seems like the server is on a timer to go down once a week or something.....can't figure this one out really.

I thought it was a memory issue, but this time, I removed the processor and re-seated it, and the server came back up. I re-booted it several times, and it came back up each time.

I hope it's finally resolved.
