Thoughts on lease prices

Having some experience with markets, lease rates will follow this truth: I have learned several times that when markets turn, they always go lower than you ever expected them to go. Basically, my projected "bottom" is always higher than the real world bottom take me to, e.g. oil, interest rates, nasd, real estate (1990), etc. So if lease rates turn down, they will go lower than most folks will imagine.

Predictions?.....O.K., here goes.....<UL TYPE=SQUARE><LI>1) at least one 'sucker' will be born every minute<LI>2) fools and their money will continue to part faster than anything else <LI>3) the closer the season gets, the more FRANTIC guys without a place to hunt will become</UL>
