Do you need a place to deer hunt?

Postby Ronney » Sun Oct 23, 2005 11:57 am

If you live in the Memphis, north MS area this might be for you. We have a 328 acre lease in Benton County, MS, and we have an opening for one more member. We only have four members total and one has dropped out this year and we need a replacement. The cost is $250 per year, per member. There are some extra features that I'll tell you about when you call.

This lease is good for deer, turkey, and small game, there is no water for ducks. It is located just about 4 miles from Ashland, MS, and is about one hour from Memphis.

My phone is 662-224-0097 and my cell is 901-553-2385.

Thanks.

Did ya ever send Dan that check for the spot he held for you in our club in Sturgis? I was asked about it when I went down for work day almost a month ago.
It's better to have it and not need it, than need it and not have it.

Dutch Dog,
I think you posted in the wrong thread!!! I don't know what you are talking about, I've never been to Sturgis and have never been interested in a hunting club there!!!! Can you please explain?

I called Danny and talked to him, sounded like a real good club and you couldnt beat the price just to far! and with me working out of town during the week I dont need to be staying all weekend at a club that far away.

Hunting club opening

Postby Ronney » Mon Oct 31, 2005 5:07 pm

Guys,

This is a good deal for someone if you need a place to hunt, and we need one more member. We are about 1 hour from Southaven and Memphis and about 50 minutes from Olive Branch, that's not a long drive. We have one member from OB now and one from Bartlet so the drive is reasonable.

We also have a club house, an out of the weather place to park your 4 wheeler, a deer skinning rack, and lots more. We limit our membership to 4 so we all have more room to hunt and we are now one man short of that number. 328 acres with extras, you can't beat that for only $250 a year.

Please call me if you are interested. 662-224-0097
