Does anyone know how to view any future predictions on river stages? The Mississippi River is running at about 13 feet on the Greenville gauge.
In the years past, if the river was this low, this late in the year, it did not rise enough to get water into the trees or into the Ox Bows. The water just begins to get into the trees and flats when the river gets above 25 feet at Greenville.
Thanks
DH

River is usually this low or lower this time of the year. Just now time to start getting a little water back. Good site to go look at:
http://www.srh.noaa.gov/lmrfc/forcast/riversummary/ look at the archives and you can see what the river actually was on any date. They have it back to '98 and adding more
