I think you owe the man a apology. If you would use that space between your ears for something other than a hat rack you would realize that there are people out there who do not mind paying that much for a place to hunt that offers quality hunting, comfortable lodging, and a guarentee not to have to put up with yea whos on public land. If I am lucky maybe one day I will be able to either a: afford to join a club like that or b: own my own land so I would not have to.

I would lay off Don Miller Hole Hunter. $2300.00 is a lot of money, but for what he is offering it is fair market value in today's world. Some people spend a whole lot more than this on all their hobbies combined.

I know of many who have paid much more for land to lease. While I have not done so... One man's trash is another man's treasure. If you don't think the price is a good one-so what. I see things everyday that I think are over priced but I don't see the point in trying to belittle the man selling them. I just don't buy it. Give the man a break.
