DW NE MS Chapter Meeting April 9

We are going to have a pre-organizational meeting of the future Northeast MS Chapter of Delta Waterfowl on Tuesday, April 9, at Russell's steak house in Tupelo. We will meet in the private room on the east side of the restaurant(your right as you come in the door). Happy Hour starts at 6:00pm; short program at 7:00pm; followed by dinner.

There is no cost to attend, except for your dinner, which is optional. Beverages during happy hour will be provided compliments of Ole Bufflehead. The short program will consist of watching a videotape from DW explaining DW's mission, etc.

The primary purpose of this meeting is to provide an opportunity for those interested in starting a NW MS chapter to discuss the future organization of the chapter, the initial geographic area of the chapter, and to set a future date for the organizational meeting to form the chapter. Also, we will provide forms for anyone desiring to join DW.

DW is still working on the paperwork necessary to form a chapter, thus we cannot actually form the chapter until we receive it.

Everyone is welcome to attend. Should be a fun get together. If you cannot attend, but want to be involved in future meetings, please send me a private message or e-amil and I will fill you in on the details. Hope to see you there.

Bufflehead,

What is the guys name at Delta who is in charge of DW Chapters? I called him a couple of times and have now lost his name and number. I am trying to start a chapter over here in Shelby Co, AL.

I would love to attend that night, but I am helping start a National Wild Turkey Federation chapter in Amory and that is the night of our banquet. I still want to help so let me know what you want me to do....Jason
