Go to the 20megsfree.com and create a page for photos. It walks you through it. Open your newly created site and go to the picture. Right click on the picture, in the drop down go to the properties option. This will open a file description. Highlight the address url and press the "ctrl while holding it down press the "c" key. Start your new message and press the image button. It will open a field to paste your url into. Clear the beginning "http://" and then, hold the "ctrl" key and then press the "v" key. This will paste what you copied earlier into the box and click ok. If you have any other questions feel free to email me. Hope this helps.
