Grenada, Sardis, & Enid Crappie???

Postby DuckDawg » Fri Apr 05, 2002 9:30 am

Anybody ever seen the water this high? It's a first for me. The crappie where I'm fishing(Grenada) seem to like a hard bottom with flooded sage(about 3 ft deep). Anybody catching them in places like this? We just need about 4 nights of warm temps and they should get right.

my place at big creek has been soaked for a while, the sloughs that we catch fish in are rushing water. need to warm up and they'll turn on.

hey Scooter my friend, looks like you sittin on the best crappie fishin in the world at Bull Mtn... never fished your 400 mile hole but it sure looks good... ever do good there? i know you pull the big cats out of there... some say you have lost alot of dekes due to the big blues carrying them away....{only Scooter can combine a duck hunt and fishin trip in one...just be careful of the hooks when you take up one of his decoys....haha...}
