Not sure if anyone else has noticed that the seasons have been set. Just found today and thought I would post it.
Ducks (except Canvasbacks): 11/25-27/05 (6 limit)
12/3-4/05
12/6/05-1/29/06

Canvasbacks: 12/31/05-1/29/06 (1 limit)

Youth Duck (includes ducks, geese, mergansers & coots): 2/4-5/06

Mergansers (only 1 hooded): 11/25-27/05 (5 limit)
12/3-4/05
12/6/05-1/29/06

Coots: 11/25-27/05 (15 limit)
12/3-4/05
12/6/05-1/29/06

Canada Goose: 11/16-27/05 (3 limit)
12/3/05-1/29/06

Brant: 11/16-27/05 (2 limit)
12/3/05-1/29/06

White Fronted Goose: 11/14-27/05 (2 limit)
12/3/05-1/29/06

Snow, Blue & Ross Goose: 11/14-27/05 (20 limit)
12/3/05-1/29/06

Conservation Order: 10/1/05-11/13/05 (no limit)
11/28/05-12/2/05
1/30/06-2/3/06
2/6/06-3/10/06

Any idea on the dates that pintails will be legal this year?

The website only listed the categories as ducks and canvesbacks

Pintails will be legal all season (60 days)....1 per day.....

Looks like I will miss my first Mississippi opener. :( Actually have to travel for Thanksgiving this year. Guess I'll have to settle for some big water gunning on the Potomac. And canvasbacks won't even be legal. :x

Does anyone have any info on out of state license and public hunting withing 2-3 hours of MONROE,LA. Season will be closed in LA in December when I am home and I sure need to let my dog fetch some birds. I know out of staters is a kinda touchy subject for some but I just hada ask.
