Enhance dog food

is anyone trying or using this? Was it distributed at the new Oxford club meeting?

havent tried it, but i do believe it was distributed at the oxford club meeting.

I contacted the company and they said that currently there was not a dealer with in 100 miles on here but that they would ship me a bag for 25 or 26 bucks. I thought about it but I can buy proplan in Tupelo for a few bucks more or stick with diamond professional for $17 a bag and not have to worry about calling and ordering. I would like to try it if someplace carried it localy though.

I started the Hunters edge early this summer and can't say enough good stuff about it. It only takes a measly 3 cups a day and a $17 bag lasts me about forever.

I'm considering switching up to the endurance or Pro athelete formula. Anyone using that, what can you tell me about it. I didn't want the extra high fat and protein in summer and when I wasn't doing as much.

I have been feeding the Enhance for about 6 months know and I can not say enough good things about it. Right know I have two labs , a yorkie and my 11yr old boxer on it. All are doing much better than they were on Pro Plan. There is a dealer in Olive Branch Ward feed mill that has just started carring it. I think they are getting 22 a bag for it. Also Charles Dwyer in Senatobia has the local distributor. He will be getting the food to the N. Miss area.

The QC guy for Arkat will be running at East Ark this weekend. If you have any questions let me know and I will introduce you to him.

Arkat is the #1 processing plant in the country . They are big with fish and horse feed. They also process Circle J Extreme which I feed my dogs.

What was going on that made you want to switch foods in the first place?

Feeding that many dogs by the time you ad tax Pro Plan is running almost 30.00 a bag. Feeding about 2 bags a month can add up.. I have know switched to Arkat and and not only is it a premium food but the cost per bag is less and I feed less also. Nash is on about 3 cups a day. and Cash is getting 2-1/2 cups a day. I am down to feeding a bag and a half a month. That takes my feed bill from 60.00 a month to right at 30.00. It might not seem like much but added up over time 30.00 a month is huge.

Also their stool has dropped in quantity also. Which means less cleaning. All in all I am pleased with it. Good Stuff.
