How much is a trespassing ticket?

How much is a trespassing ticket and the fine that may come along with me whoopin his ass if he smarts off?

You better elaborate more about the situation. From the sounds of things it could be premedetated (sp?) and the trespassing ticket might not be all you could be faced with. :?

If you go to jail for in leflore county it will cost you
Trespassing - Bond $500.00
Assault- Bond $1000.00

then you get a fine or jail time which ever the judge thinks you need.

trespassing ticket in Bolivar was 88.00 for the last one I got. I always tell you boys it's cheaper than a guided hunt :P :P

Miss. Code Ann. Section 97-17-87 gives you up to $500 in fines and not more than 6 months in the county jail.

I wouldn't be so worried about the minor trespassing as I would be about the assault or murder, which could POSSIBLY (however slight) seriously injure or kill him. That's where ya start to get yo booty in trouble! Remember: You take your victim as you find him (i.e., he could have weak bones or a serious brain injury unknown to you, and you would be just as liable for his injuries as if he was the strongest boned and best brained person alive).
And yes, I believe premeditation is in order.

A friend of mine got one in Tally County a few years ago and it was $250.
