Maybe Lane will come on around. It seems as though they are both neck and neck at this point.
"Micheal (Spurlock) came out and threw the ball well today," Orgeron said. "Then, Robert (Lane) came and performed outstanding, as well. That is exactly what we want from the position."

i wouldn't say they're neck and neck, and if yo'ure wantin to use inches, i'd say spurlock is a foot ahead of lane at this point, lane just can't seem to get it all together.... he'll come out and have a great day, then come back the next and do so-so.....spurlock has been mr. consistency so far.... i'd love for 1 of the 2 to just simply win the job no questions asked, so far, spurlock is doing a better job of that....
Sun rise in the east.... and it sets up in the West, yes the sun rise in east baby, and it sets up in the west..... It's hard to tell, hard to tell, hard to tell, which one, which one I love best.....

Chipper,
I have not been able to get much info because of where I am, but from what I understand whoever Coach O starts this year he says that he is going to stick with and finish with.
If Spurlock is ahead and doing so well, then I am fine with that, but the guy better be able to do it at game time as well. Last year he did outstanding in preseason practices, but come game time he could not get the job done.
