man, i havent been doing much besides traveling.. getting tired of being on the road. I've made it out there the past couple sunday's trying to find sheds.. found 3 so far, nothing special.. small 8pts.. the hogs really arent coming to the feeders just yet. did you hear about the feeders they bought?? 8 from strongbuilt.. they hold 700#'s of feed a piece.. they are planning to suppliment feeding like that instead of planting corn.. man you should see the ducks at the camp.. fish lake has at least a couple hundred sitting on it now.. anyway, i wont be there this coming weekend but will probably try and catch some fish next weekend if the weather's right.. holler at me if you make it up there sometime.. see ya.

Chap, please tell me you don't shoot hogs over feeders! You should try hunting them off horse back with dogs. We don't use catch dogs though; we catch them ourselves. If it is a great big boar, with big tusks, we just shoot him from off the horse. But the sows, we'll go in there and catch them by the back legs once the dogs get it bayed. If it's one we want to kill for camp meat or something, we will stab it with a 12" knife. It is the biggest adrenaline rush I have ever experienced. It's not for the faint of heart though. You ought to give it a try.

Chap, I am laughing too hard at the mental picture of you jumping out of a tree onto a hog that passes by! That is good stuff!

If you have a lot of hogs, and need help thinning them out, we have what I like to call "A traveling hog-hunt show" Greatest show on earth. But no, seriously If you would like help hunting them I have a group of guys that will bring horses dogs, everything; all you have to do is show up. Let me know if you would like to try this. Just trying to help!
