Norwood is better than No 25. I would put him at least in the top 15.
If he has another 1000 yard season behind that pitiful OL that will be on the field for MSU, then he should be rated the best in the county.
I would have to say then that ol boy can make his own holes and some folks miss. I'd draft him high if I was doing the picking.
