Regional on Mississippi soil ??

i was thinking that state hosted a super regional back in 97 or 98 when we beat washington to go to the cws. i could be wrong tho

JTdumallard, State has hosted several regionals in the past. He is reffering to the first Super regional, the new format of playoffs.

if memory serves me correctly state has only hosted one regional since polk has been back.. we were a #2 seed in that regional.. north carolina was the #1 seed and they won the regional..

We were the #1 seed in that regional, still listen to crap from bulldog fans about Polk throwing Maholm against #4 seed Mid Tenn St.
