Blake Pettit, TE from Olive Branch, MS, has left the building ---uh football team.

On the rumour mill: Jackie Sherill will resurface as head coach of Slippery Rock (The Universtity of the South), and will accept all former MSU football and basketball players who have recently quit , who still have eligibility left. Look Out!!!! This bunch of quitters, malcontents, and bad eggs (as characterized by most MSU fans) could form a new age college version of the Mean Machine (some of them have probably done some time anyway, so it should be a nice fit). :wink: :lol: :lol:

Blake got moved to 3rd-4th string since we made a wr and fb both te's.

He was third string. MSU only has three tight ends and he was the last one. There might be some walk on TE's come in but no scholarship TE's. So State is down to only 2 ends.

i will say this, if he was on the 3rd string, then he was playing damn well against the 1st string in the spring game..... :lol:
Sun rise in the east.... and it sets up in the West, yes the sun rise in east baby, and it sets up in the west..... It's hard to tell, hard to tell, hard to tell, which one, which one I love best.....
