So you gonna make me go through all that work just to prove you wrong?
ok, first..... those other teams got to play kentucky, apparently you don't realize how far that will actually pull your RPI down
2nd, we won the series against UF, didn't play FSU and Miami, by the way, Miami was higher, until they 3 games this past weekend to clemson....
of the 3 teams seeded higher than us in the SEC tournament, we won the series against 2, went 1-2 against the other.
next... we were 7-5 against 4 teams ranked in the top 20 RPI, you were 5-11 against 5. (you played the same 4 teams we did, plus us, giving you 5, you were not in the top 20, so that gives us 4) even if you take the 4 losses to us out, and just leave the 4 common teams in the top 20, we were 7-5, you were 5-7.
we were 14-8 against 9 teams ranking 40-20 in RPI, you were 7-10 against 5.
that adds up to 22-13 against 13 teams in the top 40 for us; and 14-21 against 10 for you.... so not only did we have more wins, we had fewer losses. So we had a much better winning percentage against more opponents rated in the top 40.
In these games, we went 9-9 on the road, you went 5-12. to top 20 RPI teams, we were 5-4 on the road, you were 3-6
to teams we both played, we went 17-11, you went 14-13
Out of non-conference, we had 2 in the top 40, you had 1.
we were 6-4 in SEC series, you were 5-5, in our 4 losing series, we were not swept by anybody. In your 5, you were swept by us and Tennessee
Finally, you were 0-4 against us this year.
OMG!!!
