Does anybody use a wheat light?

doing some spring cleaning today and found an old wheat light.Its been in there for years and all it needs is a battery.I have the charger and everything else but the battery.If someone can use it let me no and Ill send it to you no charge.
Ihate to throw it away if someone can use it.

Its a coon hunting light.The battery has a belt loop on it and the lite clips on your hat..When i bought it was about $130.
They may not even make em anymore..

I just looked the battery up in the coon hunters supply the battery is $99 dollars so I doubt anyone will want to fool with it..

Isnt it just a regular 6V battery? If so a few simple mods would have you in business.

Try to get in touch with John Wick at Wick Outdoor Works. He is a "coon hunting" equipment guru, and makes some of the best outdoor clothes around. I have used some of his chaps for over 10 years.
