:lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: The OUT OF STATER debate continues. :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: I think Mississippi should take Arkansas' lead and charge $100 per WMA pass for OOSers and double the price of a state stamp. I don't think a bill would ever be passed in the legislature because we may run off some tourists, but if those cok suckers in the legislature had to duck hunt on public land they may see that there is a real problem. An OOS user fee would be a good way to get addition revenue to fund some more pork barrell projects.
