Its kinda funny with such low number of pintails ya know. Maybe they need to do a recount.

Those are the sprigs that have been in La. It has been so warm, they are heading back North. Kill a few of them for me. As one of our members said "them ducks are wary". However, I do not hate the sprigs like I use to. They are a beautiful bird. Jack

Shoot them sprigs on their first pass!

Hunted a rice field this am. I have never seen so many pintails in one field. Usually we wait for the mallards to hit the water before we can shoot pintials. This morning we had limited on pintails and were waiting on mallards. This really is a screwed up year. P.S. Does anyone know why there are so many pintails in the Delta this year?
