"Cajun Injector", use the "Creole Butter" flavor. Sprinkle a little "Tony's" inside and out. Fry for 45 to 55 minutes...or when the oil temp starts to spike. Man...I love them dudes right out the oil...Whens dinner?

Creole Butter is the best. Lots of Tony's on the outside. Rub it in real good. 3.5 min. per pound.

Check the web site http://www.bayou-classic.com

Creole butter injectable marinated is good. Before putting it in the oil mix some mustared melted butter and woestershire (SP) sauce in a bowl. Take a paint brush and paint it on.

Did a wild turkey this past weekend. Used the cajun butter and tonys. I usually get the oil to 350 and deep fry the tukey 3 minutes per pound!

We always just baste the bird in the oil we are cooking him in and then lay the tony's to him.And I mean LAY IT TO HIM. most will com off in the oil anyway, but it cooks into the meat. Stuff with a couple of onions, and fry for 3 minutes a pound (I think thats the right time).

Don't forget to rub a little red pepper on the outside and inside of the turkey along with the tony's. Man that smell is something else. :D

Sometimes I just fry a Turkey breast. I like to marindae in a zip lock bag with a whole bunch of tabasco sauce overnight, then coat with Tony's and fry it....

If you guys have not tried deep frying a Boston Butt, you need to. Man is it good. Heat cooking oil to 350 and let it go for 8 1/2 minutes per pound. I inject Cajun Seasoning in mine and rub it down with tonys or 2 brothers.
