Crow, the easiest way is to buy a "barrel band" with swivel mount. I think that Uncle Mike's (the swivel company) is the source. If you can't find a contact number, ask your gunsmith. I drilled the forend of my Citori and installed a shortened rifle forend screw.

FranchiMan, here's the specs on it.

Belgium made A5, 30" barrel, Full Choke, 2 3/4 shells.

I know it is at least 30 yrs old, good condition, would've been in great condition but my brother got it and used it for a year or so. I really haven't anyone to look at it and price it for me, but it's just sitting in the closet collecting dust.
