Me and nitro mag were there sat, didnt catch a damn fish. Everytime we trolled past a brother they would catch one. I think were better off sticking to bass.

Torch - 3.88 now that is a crappie! Heard one was caught (maybe snagged who knows) in the spillway at Grenada that went over 4lbs.

Yeah alot of people claim to catch 3 lb crappie but have probably never seen a 3lb crappie. They are few and far between.

I heard there were over 70 trucks at the ramp this weekend. Sounds like a crowd for that ramp.

Scales have broken many a heart. A 3 pound crappie, 1 pound bluegill, and 10 pound bass are all rare and wondrous things. They are also not nearly as abundant as people think they are. The only time I believe a fish claim is if I see it hit the scale. I see plenty of 10 ounce bluegill that Bubba will call a 1 pound bream every time.

Micah I had to park down HWY1 about 1/8 mile from the ramp. I counted 65 boats at one time.
