fantasy weekend

Anyone else out there think it would be cool to have an extra weekend of duckhunting with the following stipulations:

1. Black powder muzzleloading shotguns only.
2. No BATTERIES (ie. no robos, shock collars, trolling motors, electric socks, GPSs, cellphones, beepers, etc) allowed in possession while hunting.
3. No hunting within 1/4 mile of any combustible engine (ie. no outboard motors, 4 wheelers, etc).

Now a weekend like that would seperate the duckhunters from the toyboys. I'd like to see a weekend like that, but I have no idea how (or who) to petition for it.

Maybe even let folks abiding by these rules hunt in the REFUGES for limited hours a few days a year.

Like I said - a fantasy.

Naw, i think that for every 60 snow goose footsies you send in, they ought to give you a tag for an extra morning of duck shooting! That'd cull some of the white ones. travis
