I have a Nova and the Tru Glo choke tube with Winchester Supreme #5's in the 3 1/2 " patterned better than anything else in my gun. I tried all of the chokes that mossy oak had about 2 years ago. My friend shoots a Nova and his patterned best with the Kick's. It all depends on the gun.

For those of you shooting steel through a full choke, you are asking for it. Steel shot through a modified choke produces a full pattern, a tight full pattern. Now, think for a second about what your pattern is and what's it's doing to the barrel and the choke. My guess would be a pattern about the size of a quarter to half dollar, which in turn is so tight that it knocks some of the steel down and out of the pattern and decreases your velocity speed. Go to a more open choke, mod, light mod, or improved cyclinder and I will be willing to bet that you can kill ducks upwards of 50 yds without needing the full choke, and your shot speed with increase also.
