I never thought that Keenuf Stokes would be the voice of reason. Lamumba is the most incompetent leader I have ever seen. He is full of adjectives and dreams but has zero idea of what to do.

I read the city council approved the contract for Richards to be the garbage collector. The city still has a $900,000 bill the DEQ they have to pay. I left the Jackson area back in 1984. It's sad to see how much the city has declined.
