For the first time in several years I missed it, but I’ll have hot water next week lol.

Howd y’all do? Any impressive shoots?

First time I've missed in my lifetime of hunting. I drove to Cleveland to hang out with friends. Saw 0 dubs on the light line between Jackson & Cleveland. Saw 3 on my return trip.

Shot a limit Saturday morning in West Point. Hunts are getting harder and harder to find and more expensive. I remember when there were hunts in the paper and via word of mouth. Farmers would charge $20 to hunt a field after they had finished harvesting whatever.

I miss those days. There were HUGE pay hunts everywhere back when I was a kid. Hardest part was deciding which one to go to.

I didn't uncase a shotgun all weekend. Took my son canoeing a local creek instead.

I did scrounge up a limit Saturday afternoon with my new 20ga. Also grabbed about 45 bullfrogs that night between several of us.

Killed our 3 man limit of teal saturday and killed our two man limit sunday.
