Need attorney/accountant referral for formation of Arkansas LLC

To the brain trust:

Would any of you have someone to refer that could help with setting up an operating agreement and multi-member LLC investing in an Arkansas property?
Them that don't know him won't like him, and them that do sometimes won't know how to take him.
