land near fighting bayou

I am looking at buying some land north of highway 8 between ruleville and minter city. It is about 4 miles north of the fighting bayou. The upper end of the bayou runs through the property. Has anyone hunted the area or know anything about it. Any info would be helpful. The land looks great.

I guess you are talking about the Guest Farm and Scared cheeseburger Brake. In the past it has had ducks and looks good from the air. I always thought it had good improvement potential. With so few ducks in the state this year, it is difficult to asses the value of a piece of property. Just because a "duck hole" is near Fighting Bayou or any other mainstream duck club doesn't guarantee that it will attract ducks in the large numbers you would want when purchasing it.
