I agree, what an ignorant comment for her to make. How in the hell can you be in politics this long and be that stupid. Phil could have nominated so many others who would have been a better choice. I believe she will win but it looks bad on the state of MS now. I know what she meant but damn, you have to be aware of what you say and the consequences it may have also.

Agreed. But the comment holds some truth, or, maybe a look inside her inner resolve. Cause ya know what. I'd be on the front row of that hanging too. Would have invited anyone that could benefit from the knowledge that we will kill ya @s$ if you deserve it.

All I’ve been getting are messages from trump reminding me to vote, but nothing damaging against Espy the same way this is damaging to Cindy Hyde Smith. There’s plenty of damaging info that could have been said about Espy.

I was at my poling place at 745 am and was able to walk right in without any waiting. I was disappointed and noticed the black to white ratio was about 50/50.

I got a couple of texts from 2 different names, but from the same phone number. A (225)-xxx-xxxx number no less, stating they were "with the MS Democrats. It is very important that someone like Mike Espy to be elected. Yada yada....... Do you know how you are voting in this election?"

Of course I'm paraphrasing because I deleted the texts. I did respond that "Yes, I am voting Republican. Thank you for asking." I got a "thank you, you will be removed from the list."

Nothing damaging was said about CHS. It was curious that a Louisiana phone # was used to send out propaganda for a Mississippi election.

Anyways, I voted at 7:15 myself.

I'm so glad of the results and glad it is over! got fed up with the espy phone call messages and 2 town hall auto-connections (kamala harris and espy)...oh, and one from Obama, too. deleted as soon as I recognized his voice..
