DuckDraws?

DuckDraws?

Can't get anywhere with it. Put in customer number, birthdate then submit.... nothing. Got a box below about WMA permit receipt. Over 65 exempt from that. Anybody else having problem...Xnet2 ?
Never had problem before. I understand WMA permit needed to avoid scammers but I'm 69 not first time but seems first time this has been on there. Is that the problem; not gonna be a receipt?
