What is the approximate amount of rent on south Delta low/bean land: (a) percent of crop left in field and (2) $$/acre? Farmer does everything/landowner gives access. Thanks.
Edit to add -> no idea on rating/AAA; there is a 14" well, but land not formed for irrigation; low as in was bean fields a decade ago but has been out of production due to being a hunting property and it does flood from time to time pending rain/Sunflower/Yazoo River levels. Thanks.
