These are TAM Jalapenos, a smaller variety with a much lower capsaicin level than normal Jalapenos.
(I do not like sh*t so hot that it numbs my taste buds)
They don't sell them in the grocery but you can buy the seeds.
I'm going to pickle these guys in a couple test batches, I have a big ole tub fulla gin trash that is covered with seedlings that will be ready in a few months. You be nice to me, I just might sell you sum at the low low prices of a dollar two ninety five...
