Pull an OJ. Get off the criminal case but get hammered in civil case. Now file civil action against the broker.

I'm sorry, but I'm not really buying what you're trying to sell here!jacksbuddy wrote:

I apologize if my last post sounded bitter. And thanks for holding me accountable for it.eSJay wrote:I'm sorry, but I'm not really buying what you're trying to sell here!jacksbuddy wrote:

I did say earlier that I would give you the real names after things had settled, and they have now pretty much done so. At least in the criminal sense. Gps4 is currently working on something that may pan out on the civil side, and for that I hope he is successful.
That being said, I still do not plan to ever purchase any more real estate in Clinton. I no longer trust the Clinton PD., or at least their investigative division. And, I will not use Renne' Collins Moore nor EXIT Advantage Realty in any future real estate dealings.
I will, however, continue to use Gps4 as legal council in the future.
Nobody owes you anything.

I have a question. Why would you leave heirloom quality furniture in a house in Clinton that was for sale and being shown to people you don't know? I'm not saying whos in the right or wrong, but something to ponder. I would have left the stuff I wanted people to steal.
Also, isn't it a bit slanderous to be bashing their name about when you haven't yet proven without a shadow of a doubt that it was the realtors fault?

I did not want to leave the furniture. That decision was made by the wife. Neither of us expected any sort of shenanigans to happen, especially since we had explicit instructions for the professional realtors who were showing the house and it is in an area with a relatively low crime rate.deltadukman wrote:I have a question. And it isn't slanderous when it is the truth. Please read my previous posts. I did not name any names until facts had been established.
Nobody owes you anything.

Ain't that the truth. Just because a judge didn't convict doesn't mean facts aren't facts. The neighbor's sworn statement is plenty evidence for me. This is ridiculous and should be heard far and wide. Let them sue JacksBuddy for libel if they want. Doubt that will happen.........jacksbuddy wrote: And it isn't slanderous when it is the truth.
