If you got to ask then .... :D Somebody will buy them and hey they're on sale. May need about a dozen for the spread though. Noticed battery not included. Geez. What is the duck hunting world becoming?

Better than dumb spinner but at $279 us DIYers can't duplicate that...they've had the flapping goose for awhile already. Anat. sent me pic of the mechanicals of it (not lecttic pull a cord)few years back. Too much for me.... gonna stick to jerk rig but would be nice in a field situation of which the Dept has me opted outa that opportunity anymore publicly. I asked other day if I could dry hunt a unit. Negative can't change the rules. Don't be tryin to create opportunities now...it's geared more for knotheads only anymore. Something about you just gotta have water....I be crazy.

Pretty much gadgeted out. Last deal was modified my homemade floater spinner to splash

Looked back at Anat. pics, '013, they're gone but here's the site. http://www.wingwavers.com/
They seem to always sold out...

There's so much that could go wrong with that thing...

One more thing to waste money on.

If I remember correctly, my father killed limits in his day with nary a Mojo, swimming decoy, or whatever this flapper thing is.

All it takes is a dozen dekes, a reliable gun, and a decent call.

'Another duck-on-a-stick that can't find a place to land.

There's another gadget that is a collapsing/telescoping tube (internal water column that runs off a bilge pump) that you put a spinner on and it raises and lowers the spinner to make it look like it's landing. If a duck can detect that 8'-10' difference in elevation from a sharp angle looking down into a timber hole, I'd be surprised.

That's like placing a campaign sign 2 feet from the median on an Interstate Hwy and parallel with the flow of traffic. Who's going to be able to tell what it says, going 70 mph?

Never underestimate the stupidity of those, desperate to kill a duck. It's just a duck.

best advice....find where ducks wanna USE.....learn some basic calls
and master them (never over call), get some Hevishot or Hevimetal
and good shotgun then GO FOR IT.....

Is that a real duck call? I would love to have one if so.
