That Swider fellow is part of the same little cabal of Lafayette County hoodlums who were causing trouble at 6 Mile last season.

I had a brief run in with him the second weekend of last season when I saw him parked at the boat ramp late on a Friday night as I was arriving to camp. This was the weekend after all the excitement. I informed him that the ramp was not a public camping ground and that he needed to go home or wherever he was staying. In response, he got riled and threatened me. Said I was "within his crosshairs".

Ain't nothing good about a Swider. Like a spider, needs to be smushed.

Btw: Did not know that Swider was an official rep of Ole Miss. Who knew?

Sounds like he's already in the fast lane of the highway to hell, heading toward an eventual collision of idiots. Sadly, we'll probably be reading about one or more of these yahoos in the obits soon if they don't wise up.

I prefer to observe from a safe distance.

Last season's "excitement" has me leaning toward joining the draw system bandwagon. Had about all of the young hoodlum, thieving, smartassery ( is that a word? If not, I just invented it ) this old fart can handle.

Ahh, think I ran into him last year shooting a .22 off the 6 Mile bridge in the direction of a cabin. Told him to take his drunk ass home or the folks down range would return fire.

So I just read that whole thread on FB. Wow is about all I got. 250+ replies and going.
Apparently the 2 Dbags pull into the decoys of a 10+ man group at shooting time and say "well i guess we are going to have to hunt here". Then got a tongue lashing, during the cussing, one pulled out his shotgun and started loading it.

I can assure you they crossed the wrong bunch. They had a little run in with our crew in that same hole the day before. They got ran out that day too. Guess they wanted to be part of the show instead of just watching it.

I can think of a whole lot of people i'd rather cross than the crew they crossed. They probably don't need to show back up at any of those ramps this year.

They are also the ones posting that damn boat racing video opening day....

Po Monk, I doubt it will work without a FB account, and being a member of the group it is in.

And apparently, they filmed the incident, edited the video to leave out the parts where they were at fault, gave it to the game warden. When the warden talked to the guys, he showed them the video. I bet we will never see the video of what really happened, but it is out there.
