Hunter Safety to Purchase a Gun
Simple question, a guy at work told me that you can't buy a gun in MS without having the hunter Safety course. Is this true?

No is what I told him as well, but he is a ornery "illegitimate child" and thinks he's right all the time. said it's a block that has to be checked on the background check or something.

Keep pestering him. No telling what else he thinks is required. Make some stuff up and tell him other things are required, e.g. cannot have a public urination citation on your record, must show proof of land ownership, etc.
