Need wood floors refinished

What he charge e you per square foot? approx?

Off the top of my head, probably $2 a square foot. It was 2 bedrooms, a long hallway, living room and dining room for $1800

$2 a sqft is pretty good pricing. I got three quotes last year to redo mine and they ranged from $3-$3.50 a sqft.

Can you sand engineered hardwood floors?
I was under the impression that they are basically a plywood, and if you sanded them, you'd sand through the veneer on top and and be stuck looking at the filler wood underneath.
