Found Hoover Sauce
Found Hoover Sauce
Any of you guys live south of Jax proper like I do, turn left at Florence traffic light, go down to first light and left again to Ramey's on your left. They have the Gallon and the pints...easy to pick some up if you headed up to your camp...$10.00 for pint, $40.00 for gallon.

I got to try Hoover sauce for the first time this weekend after hearing about it for the last couple years. I really wasn't that impressed.

Donia, yes that is the place !
Re: Found Hoover Sauce
Grill & Chill by Country Pleasin' is all I use now. It is more like the original Hoover sauce than the current formula IMO. Marinade in Grill & Chill then dust with some Sprout's Original Seasoning is some fine eatin'!

Re: Found Hoover Sauce
I absolutely love Delta Meat Market. Cole Ellis grew up in Cleveland. He moved to Nashville and was a sous chef there in a well known restaurant. He and his wife decided to move home and he opened it. Really, good stuff. He has a good selection of bottled beer as well. It's a specialty meat market, but he serves lunch and even dinner on some nights. I try to eat lunch there at least every Friday or Saturday.tombstone wrote:where is this meat market you speak of?tgran00 wrote:Delta Meat Market in Cleveland has it too.
