St. Paddy's Parade pointers

Postby pondman » Fri Mar 18, 2016 3:53 pm

All,

I grew up in the Metro area, but have never been to the Mal's St. Paddy's Day Parade. Never had the desire. For some odd reason I agreed to take my wife and kids this year. Since I have them I will be looking for family-friendly. Any suggestions? Places to go? Stay away from?

Thanks,

Pond

How did it turn out for you, Pond? It has been several years since I went to the parade, but what I saw was family friendly. I may have just got lucky though. There was a kid area that had their own parade before the big parade.

It was good. We got to see just about every walk of life that Jackson had to offer (both good and bad). The kids had a good time and caught a bunch of beads. We will likely go back next year.
