moving Direct TV

moving Direct TV

Moved into a new house this week.

we have Direct TV

I plugged everything up and got an error of some kind....

shouldn't I be able to move my receiver and tv and just get a signal from the existing satellite at my new house?

Try calling 800-347-2888 request a resend authorization

Did you change the zip code in the setup to your new place?
