Timed Pet door?

Anyone got any info on a pet door that i can set to run on a timer? I keep my Jack Russel in a pen at night to keep her safe from the coyotes, but she is really bad about running the car or truck. I want something that i can set to open an hour after i leave in the morning, so she have to stay in the pen all day until i get home. All i really need is a door that will open at a certain time. It doesn't have to close automatically or anything like that.

I have already tried the wireless fence/underground fence route, and didn't really like that method. She won't run any other vehicles except mine and the wife's, so just seeing if anybody has any input.
