Re: Verizon
So which is better in the delta Verizon or AT&T? What is the consensus? I'm ready to drop CSpire.

Re: Verizon
ATT was a nightmare for me and i have never heard anything good about verizon here in mississippi or the south for that matter. I think Verizon is better in other states. I do agree however, something has been up with cspires service from time to time here lately.

Re: Verizon
CSpire and Verizon USED to share towers. That was when CS became CSpire and decided double their rates for Verizon to use their towers.
Re: Verizon
I have a Verzon personal phone and a AT&T work phone. Verizon has better Delta service.

Re: Verizon
Verizon has great customer service but their LTE signal sucks, ATT seems to be better side by side for 4g in most locations.
Those boosters from Wilson, do they make ones that are portable?

Re: Verizon
Got to give big shout out and thanks to ShotgunSP. He works for cspire and sent me a pm. Within 2 days I had the femtocell booster that I had been promised back in May and a couple of times since. Can now sit in my lazy boy and talk without the call being dropped. Full set of bars. Amazing. Thanks again.

Re: Verizon
Not sure why people aren't saying much about At&t. I really cant think of many places in the delta i don't have service. And i travel all over. Also used them when i use to travel the country for business i was always very pleased. If you don't have service say at home or a camp the sale a thing called a Microcell that boost signal. Went from 1 or 2 bars in my metal shop to full service with it.
Re: Verizon
You have to have internet to use the Microcell... I can't even get DSL at my house so the microcell thing is a no-go.
But to be fair, there isn't a single cell phone company that works at my house, it isn't just ATT

Re: Verizon
Yeah Hughes net would work, but it's $60 a month. I don't even have a computer at home, so I can't justify paying an extra $60 to get internet so I can use my phone. I just won't have very good service until they put a tower out that way. I kinda don't mind not having service. When I'm in the shop I can't be bothered by a damn ringing phone
