mississippi delta hunts

Postby dchunter » Wed Jan 19, 2005 12:53 pm

Just got back from a hunt in leland mississippi with mississippi delta hunts. Five hunters killed 14 ducks. Really enjoyed hunting with Justin
Prather. I definitely will return to hunt again someday. If the birds were down the hunting would be exceptional. If you are looking for a guided hunt dont hesitate to give him a call.

Hey Bullet, Micah must be asleep today. Remember the booty chewing that no angel got when something like this was mentioned about him guiding hunts.

yeah, but I think this is a little different. He is not coming on the forum (like no angel did) saying I am a guide, and I guide duck hunts. He is merely stating that he recommends the guide and that he will be back. I can think of tons of times where we all recommend things on this site and state our opinion (guns, shells, MM, FB, to name a few). Hell, isn't the whole point of this site to talk about duck hunting, which includes our likes and dislikes!

So duck sniper if I hunt with no angel it would be ok to say that I had a great hunt with his guide service and that I recomend that people should book hunts with him. No angel never said that he was a guide until someone asked the question.

Its just his opinion. Now if he has some type of afilliation with the guide service its different. I think some of you guys just try to find things to wine about. Killemall, didnt your daddy teach you about taddle telling when you were six? :o

brussels, I'm not wineing, merely stating the facts. Just think everybody should be held to the same standards as the locals are.

Killemall,
Yes. It would be okay to say you recommend his guide service after hunting with him. That is different from what no angel did---he came on here and talked about a guide service THAT HE OWNS. It makes no difference that he never told anyone he owns it until asked because he is the owner, and consequently, trying to make a little $$$. In other words, it is okay to toot someone else's horn, just not your own! No PERSONAL advertising. No angel was doing this.
Happy hunting,

Killemall, not trying to be a smart ass but do you not see the difference between the two situtuations? I would asume that in this case the guy was just an appreciative customer and would not have any financial benefit from the statements he posted.

:D Well said Duck Sniper!! An opinion is what it is .... right?... and everybody has one. Just ask Benny.
I do believe this site was made for that purpose - OPINIONS
Every kind of subject imagineable has been discussed on this site. So if a man goes hunting and kills some ducks, why shouldn't he be able to tell how he did it and with whom he did it with? This is America man, land of the free and home of the brave!!!!!!!
Give me a call on my cell - Let's go to lunch!!
